Génesis Sport Clube, S.A.D. is a sports company with a strong social and educational focus. We manage with transparency, accountability and financial discipline, using sport as a tool for the education, inclusion and social mobility of Angola's youth.
Angola is one of the youngest countries in the world: the median age is 18 and around 65% of the population is under 25. Millions of children and young people need safe spaces, positive role models and opportunities. That is where we want to be.

To be, by 2030, a national benchmark in modern sports management and social impact, recognised as the club that best turns young Angolan talent into outstanding athletes and citizens, across multiple sports.
To promote quality, inclusive and sustainable sport through athlete development, organised competition and social programmes, contributing to the all-round development of Angola's youth.
Rigour in training, at school, in management and in our commitments.
Transparency and zero tolerance for corruption, doping and match-fixing.
Open doors to everyone, regardless of background, gender or physical condition.
Always improving, on and off the court.
The team above the individual.
For opponents, referees, fans and the national flag.
Active commitment to the communities where we work.
Growing at the pace of secured resources, without taking on debt.
We grow step by step: each sport only starts once partner facilities and sponsorship are secured. Several of them are traditionally elitist, and we will open them up to young people from the neighbourhoods through scholarships.

Our flagship sport. In the 2026/27 season we compete in the National Championship with a team of young talent, in partnership with Petro de Luanda. Next come a minibasketball school and our own youth teams.
Meet the teamAthletics, handball, volleyball, chess, adapted sport and eSports, reviewed every year based on demand and partnerships.

From our first year we compete as Petro de Luanda's second development team, under the Génesis name, badge and colours.

Six commitments by 2030: legalising the club, competing nationally, sustainable finances, new sports, social impact and the Génesis brand.
Partnerships with clubs that have surplus players give Génesis a competitive squad with no financial risk.
Compulsory school support for every youth athlete.
No sport starts until at least 80% of its budget is covered by contracted revenue.
Basketball in the National Championship. Legal set-up, credibility and first sponsors.
Preparation: facility partnerships, coaching staff and the launch of the Génesis Social Programme.
Tennis and padel start, with beginner schools and scholarships.
Youth football and swimming, with the “Learn to Swim” programme.
Golf and new sports. Creation of the Génesis Foundation.
We are funded by sponsorship and partnerships, not debt. Every partner receives a twice-yearly report with exposure and social impact metrics.
